FAQ
You decide where you and your team stay overnight. Participants usually stay in a hotel or guesthouse. Those seeking adventure can also choose to stay in a cabin in nature or in a tent. The choice is entirely yours.
We're happy to arrange catering or take the group to a restaurant. Alternatively, a simple lunch outdoors is also possible, for example, a relaxed BBQ. We'll discuss what works best for you beforehand.
The group size varies depending on the project. We can accommodate groups of up to 200 people. Smaller bookings starting from 4 people are also possible, although the initial price for smaller groups will be relatively higher.
Smartphones and other digital devices will be placed in a safe and locked at the beginning of the event, allowing the group to truly disconnect. However, the program organizers will be available at any time for urgent personal matters. Their contact number will be provided to all participants before the event and can be shared with others if needed.
Casual and comfortable outdoor clothing appropriate for the weather. Good footwear depending on the venue. Comfortable clothing is also sufficient for dinner, unless you plan to visit a 5-star restaurant. A detailed packing list will be sent well in advance of the event.
Remember: Without a smartphone, you won't have a camera for taking photos or videos. If you want to capture memories, we recommend bringing an instant camera. Alternatively, the program leaders can be asked to take photos for the group. You will receive the complete packing list well in advance of camp.
